We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about optimizing customer processes, enhancing customer journeys, and delivering an effortless experience to our valued customers.

Your expertise in user experience design, user stories, and background in data analysis and financial products will be crucial in driving our product's success.


As the Product Owner, you will play a vital role in owning the development of our software products and ensuring they align with customer success requirements and our CEO's vision.

Your statistical and data science background will help you to relate to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison between our dev team, UI designer, and Customer Success team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize your expertise in useroriented design (user stories, flowcharts, etc) to create compelling and intuitive user experiences, optimizing customer processes and journeys.
  • Review technical decisions and changes, ensuring they align with Customer Success goals and product strategy.
  • Lead and guide a team of 35 developers, fostering a productive and proactive work environment.
  • Plan and oversee the development of the product, considering our CEO's vision and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate closely with dev team, CTO, and customer success teams to identify and prioritize product improvements and new features.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and goals to the dev team, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and data, making datadriven decisions to ensure the product meets customer expectations and needs.
  • Participate in product planning, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement of work processes.
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs and prioritization strategies, considering market demands and Customer Success goals, to optimize product delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.

Requirements:


  • Take ownership of the product, understanding its features, benefits, and unique selling points, and effectively articulate why our product is superior to the competition.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in the software industry, preferably with experience in data or financial products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with crossfunctional teams.
  • Expertise in creating and utilizing user stories to drive product development and enhance user experiences.
  • Experience in flowcharting to design and communicate compelling and intuitive user experiences.
  • Statistical, data science, or data analysis background to better relate to target customers.
  • Fluent in English (and Portuguese), facilitating effective communication with our global customer base.
  • Familiarity with customer success principles and practices is highly desirable.
  • Technical background and understanding of software development processes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Resultsoriented mindset, with a focus on delivering highquality products that meet customer needs and expectations.

Salary:
From 3,100.00€ per month
