Job summary
We are growing our team looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with usAs Regional Operations Support Lead you will oversee day-to-day local operations execution analysing customer satisfaction data on a daily basis to understand improvements opportunities;
Daily execution service recovery procedures proactively reaching out to customer journeys that broke service SLAs adjusting customer experience accordingly;
- 5+ years experience in customer support roles
- Experience rent-a-car hospitality industries plus
- Strong communication skills effectively communicate customers internal teams
