Customer Support with German (Remote work in North Portugal)

About the project:

As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist our customers with the management of rental car reservations, potential cancellations, and billing and payment issues. Your future project is a company that provides rent-a-car services in Portugal and more than 70 countries and territories.

What you will be doing:

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally
  
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
  
• Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs
  

Requirements:

• Communicative German (must be B2)
  
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
  

What we offer:

• Temporary employment contract of Initial duration of 12 months (Option to extend for another 12 months)

• Monthly Base Salary 1010 gross
  
• Holiday and Christmas bonus - 2 extra month salaries per year
  
• Monthly Variable Bonus of 120 (depending on performance)
