Responsibilities

Oversee Agile adoption across the Product Engineering organization
Reconciles Agile delivery with Five9 business goals and objectives within targeted timelines
Unifies Product Engineering processes by setting standards and evolving the standards for how Delivery Teams work
Accountable for developing and driving agility improvements
Model advanced Agile coaching competencies to elevate and inspire others to develop their own coaching competencies
Using Available tools (Atlassian, Structure, Jellyfish) to work towards KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure and improve Agile performance
Provides Agile health checks and status reports to Product Engineering Sr. Leadership post sprint along with focus area recommendations
Assesses the Agile Maturity of the teams and coaches to higher levels at a sustainable pace
Facilitate transformational change management through recognized best practices

Required Skills and Experience

3+ years' experience executing the Agile software development methodology, operating in the role of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
3+ years of advanced knowledge of Atlassian's Confluence and Jira
3+ years' experience designing, planning, and implementing an Agile transformation for a global organization
3+ years' experience acting in the role of Agile and Scrum coach for multiple globally dispersed teams
Demonstrated experience leading and influencing teams of Product Managers, Technical Leads, and Program Managers
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Agile Certified Coach (IEC-AC, ICP-ACC, CEC, CTC), or similar certification

Bonus Points

Experience with multiple Agile frameworks (XP, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS)
PMP or PRINCE2 Certified
