Join our dynamic and international team as a Customer Service Representative for a leading global company You will have the opportunity to work with a renowned brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in Flemish and English.

The Offer:

Follow the correct escalation process as needed.
Demonstrate active listening skills, always being available to understand and ask clarifying questions to effectively assist the customer.
Identify, analyze, and recommend the best solutions to resolve customer inquiries.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction.
Accurately document all relevant information in the system, maintaining a high level of service quality.

Requirements:

Fluency in Flemish and English (C1) to provide exceptional customer service in both languages
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a strong technical customer support background preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage customer expectations and handle complaints in a professional and responsible manner
