Responsibilities
- Generate issue accurate customer invoices using billing systems ensuring timely compliant billing practices.
- Maintain record new customer contracts billing terms revenue recognition schedules in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare distribute customer account statements proactively addressing discrepancies inquiries lead collections activities monitoring aging reports preparing monthly collections summaries partnering closely Locus Sales Contracts teams resolve outstanding balances prepare journal entries provide support month end close reconciliation activities contribute process improvements support ad hoc projects cross functional initiatives business continues scale
