Stefanini is hiring
Deskside Technicians to join one of our clients in Portugal. This client operates within the industrial business sector and it is based in
Albarraque (Rio de Mouro, Sintra).

This is a role with a hybrid work model: the technicians can work from home, but they must be available to work on site when requested/necessary


Role details:


This role is a desk side position that will require an individual to solve customer support issues remotely and in-person when necessary.


Responsibilities

  • Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately
  • Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
  • Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
  • Move workstations and peripherals, as required
  • Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)

Requested Skills:


  • 2 Years" experience in an IT-Support Role
  • ITIL certification (nice to have)
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team focused

Requested experience:


  • ITSMS Tool Set (Ticket Management Software)
  • Respond to computer related service and trouble calls
  • Ability to resolve Windows 10 and MAC OS Operating System Errors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/2019/Office365 Suite
  • Proficient in collaboration tools such as: Teams/Skype/Zoom
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy Objects
  • Understanding of Antivirus Protection Software, and VPN Solutions
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting for desktops and laptops
  • Some hardware support experience required suck as: installing memory/hard drives
  • Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
  • Experienced with Apple Products (MacOS/IpadOS/IOS)
  • Experience with Mobile Device Support (IOS/Android)
  • Proficient with 'Remote Worker' technology, accessibility troubleshooting skills
