We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work in a client that designs, integrates, and renovates electromechanical equipment for maneuvering, controlling, and commanding hydraulic river structures and road infrastuctures.
Main Tasks:
- Managing one or more projects related to Process/Electromechanical aspects in the water treatment domain.
- Leading and coordinating an internal team comprising efficient and dynamic collaborators such as draftsmen, buyers, electrical associates, site supervisors, etc.
- Overseeing the electromechanical studies of your projects, either personally or by leveraging internal engineering resources, depending on project size.
- Handling the commercial relationship with clients and partners (temporary joint venture, civil engineering companies, subcontractors, etc.) throughout the project execution.
- Managing the financial and contractual aspects of the projects.
- Implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental policies with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Being willing to travel regularly to Belgium.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience (ideally 10 years) in the field of electromechanical equipment as a Project Manager or Business Manager.
- Ability to handle projects with a minimum value of 1,000,000 euros while adhering to quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Knowledge of Wallonia public procurement markets is a definite advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
- People management skills, including leadership and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Organized and coordinated approach to working with various internal functions and suppliers.
- Strong communication skills, transparent information sharing, and adaptability to different stakeholders.
