BASES Operations team -Portugal - Lisbon Office

This role sits within the BASES EU Operations team, responsible for ensuring that market research projects are set up smoothly.

The aim of the Project Coordinator Intern is to work as a liaison between the client and our internal departments & external suppliers to execute high-quality consumer data collection for our research studies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborating with the client and client service team on study objectives and client requirements for the survey execution
  • Creating highquality questionnaires; coordinating the translation process
  • Checking programs for online surveys
  • Acting as a point of contact for the client and client service team on survey set up, test product, concept logistics, and data collection
  • Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines
  • Creating study material for external vendors and monitoring the progress of interviews
  • Liaising with internal and external departments on prefield setup
