Your mission will be…
As a key member of the Digital Advisory (DA) team, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping digital transformation journeys for our clients. This profile blends architectural leadership with pre-sales expertise, focusing on designing and delivering cross-technology solutions that span platforms like Mendix, AWS, ServiceNow, and Generative AI. The role demands a balance of technical vision, stakeholder collaboration, hands-on project execution and people leadership to enable scalable, future-ready digital solutions.

• XT Service Ownership & Vision

Lead the Cross Technology (XT) architecture team by providing strategic direction, ownership of the XT service offering, and a clear architectural vision. Champion innovation across platforms such as Mendix, AWS, ServiceNow, and Generative AI, ensuring solutions are future-ready and aligned with business goals.

• Cross-Domain Alignment & Consensus Building

Collaborate across architecture domains—cloud-native, low-code, automation, data integration, and custom development—to promote a shared architectural vision. Align diverse technical and business perspectives to drive agreement on solution directions and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

• Hands-On Solution Architecture

Actively contribute to projects by leading the end-to-end design of digital solutions. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and ensure solutions are maintainable and aligned with IT strategy.

• Delivery Assurance & Team Enablement

Oversee the execution of XT engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with expectations. Guide the team through coaching and mentoring, proactively manage delivery risks, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

• People Leadership & Development

Provide leadership through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career development planning. Support individual growth and team performance by mentoring and defining development paths aligned with organisational needs.

• Technical Pre-Sales Support

Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams during discovery and assessment phases. Provide architectural expertise to shape proposals, translate business requirements into solution visions, and support opportunity development with tailored approaches.

We are looking for someone with…

• At least 5 years of experience in software or enterprise architecture.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of AI, cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, and software development lifecycles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, working across complex projects and/or multiple products, coordinating architectural activities.
• Experience working with B2B clients in both custom software development and platform-based environments.
• Proven experience in pre-sales and business analysis, with a strong ability to translate business needs into architectural solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing skills, ideally gained in a consulting or advisory role.
• Familiarity with modern platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Mendix or Snowflake.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, ITIL).
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture and ability to communicate it to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of inspiring and motivating diverse teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Able to drive topics independently and contribute actively to strategic initiatives.
