    Our IT Department is looking for a Helpdesk Trainee (Spanish speaker) to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).

    The Helpdesk Trainee role is to support users on all of our IT systems.

    The Main missions:

  • Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, etc.) to colleagues working in different countries;
  • Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
  • Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production;
  • Managing accesses to various applications;
  • Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation.
  • Skills and Know-how:

  • Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;
  • Willing to learn and apply the latest user support techniques;
  • Ability to communicate in English (mandatory);
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish (mandatory).
