Your Mission:

Review and update existing documentation to meet accessibility guidelines;
Edit and format technical content for improved readability and usability by users with various abilities;
Ensure that all documentation is compatible with assistive technologies, such as screen readers;
Contribute to style guides and templates that align with accessibility best practices.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field;
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts;
Fluent English and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
1+ year of proven experience in technical writing;
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams;
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail;
Experience with Madcap Flare;
Knowledge of accessibility principles in technical documentation.
Experience with version control tools is a plus (e.g., Git).
