If you are looking for a position in which you will help customers with the purchase and provide post-purchase assistance, we are waiting for you

You will ensure a warm and professional contact with each client of our client.

You will deliver excellent standards of service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving your professional purpose and contributing to the company's future success.


As a Customer Support you will:

  • Advise customers about our products and manage their expectations having into consideration their needs
  • Assist customers during the aftersales stage
  • Process complaints in a responsible way that the consumer is satisfied with the resolution

What do we expect:

Fluency in Flemish / Dutch (min.

C2 level):


  • Communicative English level (min. B2)

You live anywhere in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

Possible start: 17/05:


  • Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.

meal allowance):

1283€ gross x 12 months or 1100€ gross x 14 months,

up to 100€ gross performance bonus,

7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card

  • Working time frames
    :Monday
  • Friday 08:00 17:00 (40h per week, 8h/day) with weekends off
  • Full time non limited, employment contract with 4 months of trial period (according to the Portuguese law)
  • Training is provided at the beginning of the work
  • We offer office based work system in our modern location in Lisbon
  • Oriente
  • Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months contract)
