Forum Selecçãois looking for a Event Manager (M/F) for a corporate banking client in Lisboa:Main Tasks:
- Responsibility for all allocated projects, virtualhybrid and in person events, from conception to completion including prebudget breakdowns and approvals, logistics, project management, website creation and invitation management, design coordination, event liaison, postevent analysis, event budget monitoring and accounting;
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of events within agreed budgets, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritise between various tasks depending on deadlines. Additionally, promote timely decisionmaking and effective communication between all the event/project's contributors at all levels;
- Prepare events pack, which include briefing notes, participants list, logistics or other necessary documents;
- Manage the event management tool (invitation, RSVP management, update master file/golden source files), survey tools and event interactive apps.
