Como é Ser Technical Sales Support Engineer?
– Apoia os membros da equipa de vendas e de concursos, nomeadamente na análise de documentos técnicos, requisitos contratuais, analise de requisitos de rotas e operação, definição das especificações técnicas dos autocarros em interface com os comerciais/clientes e a equipa de engenharia, até ao fecho da referida especiação
– Preparara documentação técnica específica para concursos e assessoria técnica à equipa de vendas, para desta forma se construir uma base de conhecimento técnico para apoiar a atividade dos membros da equipa de vendas nos mercados onde atua
– Dá suporte à equipa de vendas em reuniões e/ou visitas a cliente para negociação técnica, durante a fase de concurso e após adjudicação
