Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees, including personal information, benefits, leaves, and absences.

Collaborate in organizing employee training and development, as well as performance evaluations.

Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Manage and facilitate the integration of new employees.

Provide assistance in the administration of benefits, such as health plans, insurance, and wellness programs.

Resolve issues related to payroll, vacations, and other HR administrative matters.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure a respectful and inclusive work environment.


Requirements:

Academic background in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (desirable).

Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices and labor legislation.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.

Previous experience.
