Your responsibilities:
- Project Manager for thyssenkrupp Automotive for Portugal, Lisbon with up to 50% of the year travelling within Europe.
- Plans and monitors the projects overall progress, resolving issues and initiating correct action as appropriate.
- Maintains and ensures required project documentation is completed to support the project
- Manages risks and resolves issues that affect project scope, design, schedule and quality
- Establishes proper communication protocols throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Actively support continuous improvement and quality control initiatives.
Your profile:
- Considerable experience, minimum 5 years, as a Process Engineer, Product Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, or Program Manager in an automotive engineering capacity
- You understand PLC or Robotics project management needs and ideally you have a either a PLC or Robotics background as well Project Management
- You have very good project management skills and experience in conducting trainings to junior colleagues.
- You possess leadership skills and have experience in problem solving management. Additionally, you convince with your structured way of working
- You bring a great passion for the automotive industry, ideally you have already gained experience in this industry
- You have proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- You are highly organized with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- You exhibit integrity through fair and ethical behaviors in all activities; maintains accountability for performance
