As a Bid Analyst, what are you going to do?

Support the bid/sales teams with proposal writing;
Write quality and compliant responses in line with tender specifications;
Ensure our responses adhere to our quality and governance process;
Produce presentations to support bid submissions;
To develop an extensive knowledge of the group's offering, with an ability to support the produce of bids on all company products and services;
To objectively appraise and proofread tender submissions, to add and edit information as necessary in order to structure an effective response;
Gather technical data from internal departments and operational teams and translate this into a client friendly format in order to construct compelling and readable text that appeals to the desired audience;
To ensure quality of submission;
Ensure that message quality, format and content meet the stated objective and are consistent with companywide strategy and communication guidelines;
Check thetender search systems/portals on a daily basis. Register VB in new portals. Download and organize the RFP/RFI/RFQ.
