Job Description:


Key Accountabilities

  • Accountable to the Regional Delivery Lead
  • Accountable for all resource allocations across Consulting Services, Lifetime Services and Sales projects and functions
  • Accountable for all resource requirements and supporting the Regional Delivery Lead with any resourcing conflicts
  • Accountable for communications to all resources allocated to Projects, Managed Services and Sales assignments
  • Accountable for liaising with all Project Directors, Project Managers, Service Delivery Leads and Sales Leads on resourcing for all potential and assigned projects
  • Daily managing of the 'onboarding' and 'offboarding' process of project resources (when resources roll off projects and when they are reallocated to other projects)
  • Ensuring that the resources with the correct skillset are allocated to the required roles on Delivery, Lifetime Services and Sales projects.
  • Managing conflict resolution of resources needed on two or more ongoing projects.
  • Document the internal and external resourcing processes and procedures and once approved maintain them
  • Managing the internal and external processes and procedures for resource request from Delivery, Sales and Managed Services
  • Ensuring that Delivery, Sales and Managed Services complies with the resourcing processes and procedures when requesting resources
  • Monitoring and Ensuring that the PMO complies with the resourcing processes and procedures
  • Ensuring the PMO complies with timesheets entry and holiday booking processes
  • Supporting the Regional Delivery Lead with Resourcing demand management
  • Collaborate with the Regional Delivery Lead, and the PMO (Project Directors, Project Managers and the Project Support Team) to ensure compliance of the resource processes and procedures
  • Ensuring that all offshore resource working with the Delivery, Sales and Lifetime Services teams are reflected in the resource schedule, and follow the required onboarding process to be able to engage with the onshore teams, and book time, expenses accordingly.
