Job purpose
As part of the Group IT strategy and Eastern, Northern, and Southern Europe (ENSE) IT Services delivery, the IT PM aims to support the IT Director in coordinating the IT management activities, and the ongoing activities, acting as a deputy when required, and to assure the communication to IT and business.
Reports to
The IT Director of ENSE.
Main organizational relationships
- ENSE Management team: Managing Director, OBU Managing Directors, CFO, HR Director and functional support staff.
- OBU and BU Management teams: General Managers, Finance, HR and Operations Directors.
- ENSE IT Services: Service Desk Manager, Service Desk Analysts, BI Analysts and Business Applications Analysts.

Job specification
Planning
- Build and maintain a centralised IT action plan with activities from the several Business and Group IT projects and initiatives ongoing within the ENSE business unit.
- Participate in IT and Business reviews with ENSE management teams.
- Coordinate actions between Business Applications Analysts, BI Analysts and the outsourced Development teams.
- Set and monitor deadlines.
- Risk management
- Participate on Steering Committees.
- Prepare and circulate IT activity report (monthly): update on incidents, requests, changes and projects main achievements, deliveries, and roadmaps.
- Elaborate and send for approval the IT Requests for Investment (CapEx).
- Record and control budget activities with the Finance team.

Requirements (background experiences, language)
- University Master or Bachelor in Business/Industrial Administration or similar level by experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT consultancy or project management in general.
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning and organisational skills.
- Strong capacity of synthetisation and schematisation of processes and business cases.
- Outstanding knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: Power Point, Word, Visio, Teams,
- Fluent English speaking and written.
- Problemsolving and multitasking skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- ITILv3 or ITILv4 on IT Service Management Foundations or Master certification is valued.
Environment (special working conditions:
travel requirements, shift, disagreeable elements )
- Some travel within the ENSE countries.
- Work from home most of the time.
- Office in Castanheira do Ribatejo, Portugal or Gdansk, Poland.
Salary:
Up to 37,000.00€ per year
