As a Global Risk Manager, you will enable the Global Functional executive leaders, their functional leadership teams, and any other relevant business partners within each of the company's global functions to identify and assess risks that could impact the achievement of Unilabs' specific goals and objectives.

You will also support the local teams in implementing and deploying risk management in their respective areas of responsibility, to implement robust, structured, and explicit risk management around a central established ERM framework.

More specifically, you will

Design and implement the overall enterprise risk management framework for Unilabs
Establish, deploy and drive "top down" risk assessment workshops for each key risk area as owned by the Global Functional executive leaders
Establish, deploy and drive "bottom up" risk assessment efforts for each key risk area dimension, by engaging with the local functional teams
During each risk workshop, analyze current and emerging risks and identify potential risks that are affecting Unilabs
Perform risk appetite workshops with the Board of Unilabs (owned by A.P Moller Holding)
Prepare and maintain reports and present key risks to the Audit & Risk Committee
Design and report key risk indicators to the management and relevant committees
Review the suitability of action plans and the effectiveness of mitigation activities
Create and continuously review the completeness and quality of the risk register
Create and implement Unilabs' risk policy and procedure
Monitor and support the business to comply with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework requirements, in line with Unilabs risk policy.
Support messaging and tonefromthetop to drive risk culture
Provide leadership and guidance on the concept of risk management
Make suggestions to drive the improvement of risk management
Build risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the Company
Engage in internal control framework to ensure adequate controls to prevent mistakes, inefficiencies and frauds
Contribute to internal audit works when needed, on a flexible basis

Requirements:

Degree in business or finance or recognized professional qualification
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Preferred background in a Big 4 firm or equivalent
Ability to explain technical ERM concepts to nonspecialists
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Ability to engage in strategic decisionmaking while also being handson in operational risk monitoring
Strong grasp of risk management and internal control frameworks, such as the COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework, with a continuous focus on enhancing internal control effectiveness and efficiency
Industryspecific knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
Possess both independence and autonomy in work while fostering a teamoriented mentality as part of the Audit & Risk team
Fluent in spoken and written English
Willing to travel approximately 1015% of the time.
