BL CONSULTING is looking for a
Contact Center Assistant in Norwegian (M/F) for the
Lisbon region, for a client company of national and international reference, which operates in the Contact Centers sector.


Description of functions:


  • Ensure excellent customer service;
  • Respond appropriately to customer questions;
  • Presentation and sale of plans and solutions;
  • Tasks inherent to the function;
  • Comply with all the rules in force in the company regarding quality, environment and safety and hygiene at work.

Requirements:


  • 12th grade;
  • Previous contact center experience;
  • Fluency in Norwegian and good English skills;
  • Demonstrated communication skills;
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 17h00.
