YOUR ROLE:


  • Provide technical support, addressing inquiries about our product, hardware, or software issues, troubleshooting, and managing repair requests.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with customers through various channels.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Process and record requests, orders, tickets, etc., within specified time limits.
  • Maintain respectful communication following established procedures and policies.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and actively contribute to finding solutions.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:


  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Positive attitude, customerfocused mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations.
  • Ambitious and eager to collaborate with team members.
  • Wellorganized with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Technical Support.
  • Reliable and forwardthinking mindset.
  • Nicetohave: 6 months' experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Fluent in German.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.

Pay: 1,510.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
