We are focused on development and implementation of holistic and innovative solutions in areas as mobility, buildings and Customer Interaction as well as services related to internal processes Bosch, directed especially to the Accounting departments, Human Resources, Indirect Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics.

Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.

Job Description Your contribution to something big**:

  • Support and maintain the existent HR IT systems (both SAP and in-house developments) authorization Framework;
  • Coordinate authorization concepts within HR IT systems;
  • Create and maintain authorization roles based on agreed concepts and guidelines;
  • Design, build and maintain access rights model during the project's implementation and service operations;
  • Requirement's analysis and design of systemspecific authorization concepts with project leads and system owners;
  • Advice and support of project managers about the requirements and solutions;
  • Test and document the developed solutions as well as conduct training courses;
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT departments on projects in an international context;

Qualifications What distinguishes you**:


  • University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background;
  • Experience with SAP or other HR IT tools preferrable;
  • Experience in Authorizations topics, both cloud and on premise;
  • Knowledge of data security, segregation of duties, risk management principles and controls are a plus;
  • Project Management skills, to lead certain project work packages related to authorizations;
  • Very good communication and coordination skills;
  • Experience working with virtual and international teams;
  • Logical, structured, proactive approach to IT solutions;
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fastchanging work environment;
  • Proficiency in using MS office tools;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset.
