Supports production processes by performing a limited range of defined basic production task, usually without using machines or tools.

Performs a variety of supportive tasks related to production, under direct or indirect supervision, within an industrial or construction environment.

Common tasks includes one or more of the following:

Sorting, handling and moving of material, parts, semiproducts or components within production.
Filling up hand stocks.
Operating basic hand tools such as saws, shovels, rakes, etc.
Supporting machine operators in stocking or reloading the machines.
Other generic support activities in specific production operations.
