Purpose of Job:
- Coordinate activities relating to the operation of logistics operators and the Central Warehouse in accordance with the company's policy to ensure proper distribution (delivery and forfeitures) of goods in accordance with the service level agreements with customers.
Result Areas:
- Controlling Logistics Operators (O.L.) to ensure the level of service that the Baker and Baker needs
- Establish criteria, conduct meetings and followup inventories
- Maintain levels adequate stocks according to the FEFO to ensure that it fulfills the goods movement (inputs and outputs) according to expiry dates and there is no product loss
- Coordinate work on the transport of goods to logistics operators, to ensure that the products reach the final consumer as agreed
- Planning and organization of daily distribution routes nationally
- Processing of orders from its delivery to the Logistics Operator (O.L), check any breakages, contact the commercial department to solve any problems.
- Solve all incidents with deliveries and customer claims.
- Manage labeling processes with customers who require it.
- Handle errors in SAP, monitor the integration of inventories by the Logistics Operator.
- Participate in inventoryatrisk meetings and ensure compliance with what was agreed upon therein.
- Ensure the induction of the staff in charge and guarantee that during the holidays there will always be a back up for the tasks of the department.
Experience Skils and knowledge:
- Higher Education
- Specific knowledge: knowledge in warehouse management, inventory, logistics.
- IT knowledge: good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and software
- Previous experience: one year of performance in similar functions.
- Languages: Spanish and medium knowledge of English
