We are looking for an Road Operations Outbound (M/F/d) for our branch in Maia with immediate effect.


This will get you going:

• Take Ownership with full dedication of outbound flows for defined Trade Lanes
• Assuming Responsibility for both, FTL/LTL as well as Groupage intime planning and execution for available cargo flows
• Ensure profitability by procuring on market level combined with proper selling rates
• Organize transportation operations for domestic and/or international flows and ensure best performance for all needed operational tasks
• Dispatch and plan LTL/FTL as well as Groupage Tours and ensure highest possible performance and intime deliveries to fulfill customer promises

• Know-how of Portuguese and European Road Freight market
• Understanding of market typical dynamics
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated work experience in forwarding industry
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem solver

• Accurate and goaloriented working
• Handson mentality, Team player
• Effective communicator with customers as well as suppliers
• Professional written and verbal communication in English
• Additional languages welcome
• Experience in marketconform TMS
• Ability to work flexible hours
