What you'll do:

You will be part of our Product Success Team.
You drive the product marketing & communications for one of our key categories mattresses, beds, or accessories.
You ensure our product content is engaging, crisp, and on point to help drive customer interest to Emma's products, while helping them easily choose the best product within our product portfolio for their needs.
You will learn to work with all tools in the box: pricing and positioning, UX, new marketing channels, creative assets, etc.
You will work closely with a lot of customerfacing teams, e.g. Country teams, Performance Marketing, Brand, UX, CRM, Customer Excellence, etc.
You will grow immensely as a professional: you will take responsibility earlyon, will learn what drives hypergrowth, and will rapidly build your entrepreneurial skill set.

Who we're looking for:

Previous experience in product management, marketing, business development, or sales. But anyone with a knack for the above should apply.
Proven ability to work crossteam and to manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives
You have passion for developing brands from a wholistic perspective
You are entrepreneurial by nature and see opportunities everywhere
You're fast, pragmatic, and proactive, have high energy and a cando attitude
You love to work with others and others love to work with you
You are fluent in English
