Your mission
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Data & AI.

This strategic role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring that our clients fully leverage the benefits of artificial intelligence and efficient data management.

You Profile:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
Proven experience in P&L management.
Relevant background in leading and delivering Data & AI solutions/projects.
Proven experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
Strong technical skills in data and advanced analytics.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Your role:

Shape and develop the Data & AI offerings and its value proposition in cooperation with Pre Sales Team.
Lead, motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
Develop and implement data and artificial intelligence strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead multifunctional teams, providing guidance and inspiration to drive excellence.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized and effective solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and skill development in the Data & AI field.
