    We are recruiting a Call Center Technician to work in the Rent a Car sector, specifically focused on customer support in Reservations at a Global level:


    Functions:

    • Reservation Management (by phone and email)
    • Customer support in resolving doubts

    Profile:

    • Experience in sales and Customer Support
    • Motivated and Confident
    • Communicative and Friendly
    • Excellent command of Italian (qualifier)
    • Excellent command of Microsoft Office

    Conditions:

    • 14 months salary
    • Rotating shift schedule
    • Hybrid Regime
