Descrição do emprego

  • Analyze issues and needs coming from our internal customers
  • Daily support to the users
  • Management of new requests
  • Prioritization and management of Requests and bugs report
  • Configuration of proprieties and new features inside the tools
  • Functional Product Documentation
  • Support in the execution of new technical or functional developments
  • Support to the QA manager in the approval of developments to production
  • Conduct trainings for the users
  • Elaboration of support documents
  • Collaboration with the Tech team in order to manage prioritized issues
Qualificações

  • Degree in Management or similar;
  • Eligible for IEFP Professional Internship, level 6 or 7;
  • Knowledge of CRM will be a plus;
  • Organized;
  • Critical Sense;
  • Sociable;
  • English fluent (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of other languages will be a bonus;
  • Team work.
