Tasks- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure the lab operates smoothly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Onboard and train colleagues on laboratory and safety practices
- Supervise maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies
- Support analytical and quality assurance work
Requirements:
- You have an academic degree in Analytical Sciences, Quality control and related fields
- You have 2+ years' work experience in a similar role, with a clear track record on managing daytoday activities in a biotech or QA lab
- You love bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic and fast paced startup environment
- You have handson personality, teamplayspirit and efficient selftime management
- You are passionate for sustainability and eager of being part or a fastgrowing startup
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
