The Opportunity

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing Optimum Nutrition Awareness, Consideration and Conversion in Iberian digital ecosystem (Portugal and Spain).

• Support day to day community management in Optimum Nutrition social networks (Portugal and Spain).
• Translation and implementation of Digital Content Calendars/Assets for social networks and customers' tools.
• Support the optimisation of content creation through Influencers, including profile search, negotiation, and campaign implementation.
• Support D2C website development with local content.
• Work closely with EU data team to interpret digital data and share learnings with wider team.
• Work closely with appointed agencies and other crossfunctional teams to drive traffic, awareness and increase conversion, while delivering superior consumer shopping experience.
• Support the local Commercial Team with the right assets to successfully implement retail and online campaigns with main Customers in Iberia.

The Skills you will bring to the team

• Digital Marketing native who holds passion about social media/content/agency/SEO management.
• Good understanding of digital, social media and web platforms.
• Analytical profile focused on creating, analysing and activating key insights and campaigns.
• Curious mindset about consumer behaviours and path to purchase.
• Determination to deliver results and willingness to learn.
• Self-Starter, highly motivated and ambitious.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in similar position is desirable.
