- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, gathering essential information to facilitate successful event delivery.
- Uphold adherence to best practices within the team, overseeing daily workloads and ensuring the implementation of robust operational processes.
- Maintain documentation covering all Booking responsibilities, demonstrating expertise in work systems and subject matter.
- Highly organised with a methodical, data-driven approach to work.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive outlook and the ability to motivate others.
- Financially astute, with a keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities and the ability to make balanced decisions.

- Familiarity with scheduling systems such as Dataminer, ScheduALL, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in accessing video via IP and satellite technologies, coupled with an understanding of sports event delivery workflows.
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, complemented by experience in high-pressure production or transmission environments with tight deadlines.
