Description

Description/Responsibilities:

  • Support and Management of operational issues with the most varied teams (e.g. external partners, IT teams);
  • Facilitator in identifying the best contact for issues or needs of projects or incidents;
  • Local escalation point, for IT issues, being responsible for working with the various teams, in order to solve the problem;
  • Identify business needs and solve them with the teams;
  • Support and help to users, sporadic opening of requests at the Service Desk and monitoring of them on the most varied topics;
  • Support and facilitate as well as sometimes serve as "eyes and hands" on specific topics such as project support, operational problem solving, etc;
  • Support the technical design of solutions;
  • Issues of servers, computers (desktops and laptops), tablets, phones, for which some intervention is required, being able to address these requirements and/or escalate;
  • Support the functional design and analysis of business process flows with an understanding of their impact on the value chain;
  • Support the creation of business cases to support functional requirements;
  • Transfer knowledge to users and IT support teams;

Must-have:


  • Professional technical course in microinformatics and telecommunications, equivalent or higher.
  • Minimum
    5 years' experience in Field support, Infrastructure Project Management, Service/Delivery Management or Pre-Sales (proposal/contract preparation) or Project Management roles.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Spirit of initiative, innovation and results orientation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in Portuguese

Nice-to-have:


  • Certification in ITIL Foundations V4 (desirable).
  • Fluency in English (preferred).

Top 5 skills:


  • Have knowledge and experience of the Technology, Computing and Communications industry, particularly in the area of desktop management and mobile/fixed communications;
  • Experience in managing outsourced IT services in infrastructure areas, either from a customer or supplier perspective;
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and discipline;
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and achieve a workable solution;
  • Customer focus and service delivery; Seniority;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Field support, Infrastructure Project Management, Service/Delivery Management or Pre-Sales (proposal/contract preparation) or Project Management roles.
