Challenge:

Our client has more than 40 years of experience in connecting brands to customers and has become the most trusted provider of outsourcing and is currently recruiting for a troubleshooting support position for a health care device.


Main Missions:


-Help customers with questions regarding the device;

  • Taking questions about technical issues (troubleshooting);
  • Provide information to clinics who are interested in working with the device;

Profile:


  • Experience in Technical Support (mandatory)
  • C1/C2 level of English; (mandatory)
  • High communication skills;

Job specifics:


  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday | Rotating shift pattern between 12:00 and 1:00 or 07h00 and 1h00
  • Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Monthly bonus
  • Office in Entrecampos.
  • Private health insurance.
