Nielsen is looking for a Sales Play Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team.

The Program Manager will report to the Director of Global Sales Plays and will be responsible for leading a group of cross functional associates across the organization through the creation of a sales play - a coordinated set of marketing & sales actions to create and win an opportunity at a specific customer or prospect.

This is a remote opportunity within WE and EMEA region.


Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the end to end execution and success of sales plays in WE & EMEA region
  • Work with sales leaders to understand the business priorities in region and build sales play plans to match
  • Identify crossfunctional team for sales play creation with relevant expertise & available bandwidth
  • Collect existing materials & assess point of departure on sales assets
  • Kickoff the sales play factory team to align on play scope, & identify asset owners
  • Lead daily huddle meetings to monitor progress on play generation & quickly address roadblocks
  • Organize and facilitate working sessions on specific play assets, providing templates & arranging for feedback where needed to accelerate team progress
  • Assist with aggregating materials into sales play guide & trainings to support sales execution
  • Schedule & communicate training sessions for relevant sales teams
  • Identify and support trainers to guide sellers through key elements of sales play execution
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations for play infrastructure including tool & dashboard setup
  • Prepare analysis and data for quarterly WIN room agenda to report out key KPIs to drive success of plays
  • Support trainers to guide sellers through key elements of sales play execution and lead supplemental follow up training sessions
  • Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts(SME) across the business while leading sub projects supplemental to the sales play system

Qualifications
years of overall professional experience

  • 2 3 years' experience in sales enablement, program management or change management salessupporting roles
  • Experience collaborating with sales managers and direct sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple crossfunctional projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Proactivity and self
- starter mindset

  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and work crossdepartmentally to deliver holistic enablement content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & executive presence confidence
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency
  • CRM Knowledge required
  • CPG, Retail or SaaS industry experience is a vast advantage
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • 4 year degree or similar experience
