What you'll do

Execute all activities associated to the support of the operations of the Procurement and Contracting Department;
Manage an participate in system projects related to the Procurement;
Manage, extract, produce reports (Power BI) for all data from the systems necessary to the Procurement activity;
Propose, evaluate, develop and improves the RPAS's of the Procurement area;
Create and maintain master data information updated in the Procurement systems;
Support all Stakeholders in he utilization of the Procuremnt systems;
A leaner operation, in terms of procedures, automation tools and decision making.

What you'll need

Academic background in Engineering, IT, or Business Management;
Previous professional experience in the area of Project Manager or Businesses Operations Support;
Understanding of the Procurement and Supply Chain process;
Good computer skills from the user's perspective;
Proficiency and interest in data analytics, with strong analytical capabilities;
Results orientated and problemsolving skills;
Proficiency in English;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in IT could be positive evaluation factor;
Ability to challenge and to present Smart Solutions under pressure;
Value oriented with clear timetomarket angle, positioned o capture growth opportunities, building trustable relationships, internal as well external with relevant subcontractors / vendors, contributing for business Sustainability, anticipating trends and risks with Innovation;
Be Agile in order to enhance our Procurement & Contracting activity;
Contribute to the team spirit for improvement and disruptive innovation.
