ERP CoE Specialists, Supply Chain - Oracle Cloud


Verisure is seeking multiple talented, innovative and passionate
ERP Specialists and Senior Specialists focused on Supply Chain Management (CoE - Oracle Cloud) to support our growing operations at Group level.

Reporting to the Group Product Owner, the ERP Specialists will be a key members of the ERP Center of Excellence Team with critical impact on the business.

The ERP CoE organization is evolving from a decentralized to a centralized driven model to become more strategic, with higher value and higher impact ROI projects.


Key Responsibilities

The team members will be responsible for the
Oracle Cloud ERP end-to-end support as well as improvement projects of already implemented territories (SCM area - Planning & Supply, Logistics).

In addition, we are also looking for a team leader role to manage and motivate a team of Specialist.


The global experts would be the go-to persons for stakeholders across the organization, they would validate SCM processes and technology, provide training to end users, give go-live and post-go-live support in addition to informal support to general colleague queries.

The ERP (Senior) Specialists SCM (CoE) will be expected:

  • To possess a deep functional understanding of the implemented cloud solution within the business and their pillar specialism (SCM
  • Inventory and Logistics, Demand Planning, Supply Planning).
  • To provide informal support to general colleague queries.
  • To provide indepth cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes in Oracle Solution processes or policies with the business responsibilities (continuous improvement).
  • To support GPO in reviewing and evaluating the new features included in Oracle Service Packs (quarterly updates).
  • To provide training to colleagues, company stakeholders, validators and end users (refresh training cycles on existing functionalities, new functionalities, etc.).
  • To validate processes within the business and their pillar specialism resulting from updates or changes.
  • To support GPO on managing/coordinating all range of supportive and maintenance activities (incident management, service request management) as well as helpdesk tickets resolution related to the support model Process (in coordination with 1st level of support
  • Functional resolution and guidance and 2nd level of support
  • Technical resolution team).

Location
Positions can be based in either Lisbon, Portugal or Madrid, Spain and will require occasional travelling.


Reports and organization structure
The roles will report to SCM GPO - Global Process Owner (reporting to Head of CoE)


Experiences and Qualifications

We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.


In general, at least 2-3 years relevant experience, as part of an international team in a large organization (in-house) or consulting company, however, profiles above that threshold will also be considered for more senior roles.


  • Experience in SCM transactional processes, specifically Oracle technology EBS/Cloud (

Solution Sets:
Demand Planning, Planning Central, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory & Logistics), with proven experience in support/maintenance activities during implementation programs.

  • Strong SCM process and operation knowledge and understanding of Oracle system architecture and emerging capabilities.
  • Experience in managing ERP support model through change with and ability to influence at all levels with a customer service mindset.
  • Experience coordinating contractor resources and working in a project management environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance controls is desirable.

Other requirements

  • Higher degree, preferably Graduate in Business, IT or Engineering.
  • Multilanguage skills. As a minimum good level in English. Spanish/French is desirable
  • Advanced level on Microsoft Office. In particular Excel and PowerPoint.
