FlexHero is an employment agency in the south of the Netherlands, based in the city Eindhoven. We mediate (construction) technical professionals, to long-term employment.
For several clients, we are looking for Technical Finishers.

Do you enjoy working with metals such as aluminium and (stainless) steel? Do you already have technical experience and would you like to grow from here? Then this job could suit you well.

What will you do?

• As a finisher you will work on metal product for the medical sector;
• Setting up and operating the machine for brushing;
• Manual deburring of products;
• As you will be working with multiple materials, you will also take care of cleaning the machine;
• Ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

What do we ask of you?

• You have completed a technical education and are looking for your first job or have at least two years' experience in a technical manufacturing environment. For example as an assembler, finisher or you have been involved in metal preparation work;
• As we work exclusively with Dutch contracts, a European nationality is mandatory. A residence card is not valid;
• You speak good English and hold a European driving licence;
• You are looking for a long-term job and want to settle in the Netherlands.

What do we give back to you?

• A well-arranged onboarding to the Netherlands. You will be picked up by us at the airport. Then we will go with you to the appointment for a Dutch BSN number, discuss your contract and take you to accommodation;

• The possibility to take out Dutch health insurance through us. It is mandatory to be insured in the Netherlands;

• Good terms of employment. A gross monthly salary between €1.900 and €2.400 per month, based on a full-time working week. This will be based on age, knowledge and experience;
• The choice of weekly or four-weekly salary payment;
• Company activities and a summer BBQ in the FlexHero garden.
