    Quality Assurance Lead (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

    Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.
    We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

    Quality Assurance Lead (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

    What do you need to have:
    Hard Skills:
    Fluent in English is mandatory (Portuguese or French are nice to have).
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships across teams and departments.
    Exceptional leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving quality objectives.
    Good understanding of Salesforce, with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
    Expertise in agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to fast-paced development processes.
    Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role in a software development environment.
    Solid experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complexissues.
    Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    Salesforce Associate Certification
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - plus
    Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. - plus
