What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a
French-Speaking Customer Advisor for Major Beauty Products Brand, **you will:

Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related to it (online orders, refunds )
Provide warm contact with the clients, attend to their queries, and add value by increasing our brand awareness

We'll be a great match if you:

Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2):
Have previous experience in customer service or as a sales representative
Have excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit
Enjoy identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions
Are proactive, resultsoriented, motivated, and able to work as a team player in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
