The Record To Report Department of
EDP Global Solutions, whose mission is to ensure the operationality of the economic and financial activities that support the activity of the
EDP Group, namely: i) the management of financial master data, ii) accounting, including accounting consolidation; iii) taxation, and iv) the operational management of treasury, including external and internal debt management, payments and receipts, bank management and cash forecasting. Intend to recruit a Treasury Management System Support Analyst.


Main responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support level for TMS solution and the support processes;
  • Steer and implement how configuration data is setup and maintained to support the business;
  • Own, steering and coordinate configuration data for Quantum and FIS technical relationship;
  • Daily monitoring of Quantum's processes to ensure that various file transmissions to and from the system are operating properly.
  • Ensure that any Quantum production issues with an emphasis on the TMS modules (Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Foreign Exchange, I/C loans, Money Market, Investments, etc.) are resolved on time;
  • Actively working with Quantum and with internal IT teams to resolve any issues with bank files and data transmissions between Quantum and other systems including retrieval of market rates as applicable;
  • Resolving any accounting related issues within Quantum in collaboration with accounting team;
  • Maintaining and managing transaction mapping rules in the system to ensure that the system is accurately categorizing prior day transaction activity from daily bank statement transmissions into Quantum;
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of all static data elements (bank accounts, counterparties, general ledger, etc.) and configuration defaults and rules for Quantum;
  • Build crystal reports to support Treasury Operations;
  • Developing and updating user guides, when applicable, to ensure that the Global Cash Management teams across the globe have access to uptodate instructions on how to perform their required tasks in Quantum;
  • Keeping Treasury Management uptodate on issues/challenges within the system Projects and other duties as needed by Treasury General requirements.


Some of the above activities may be performed by outsourcing teams and, in those cases, it is your responsibility to overview the work performed and ensure the required quality and timings are met.


Looking for people with the following requirements:

  • Degree on Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Computer Applications or other degree compatible with the function;
  • Experience of 5 years or more working in Finance related fields, preferably in Treasury and particularly in Treasury Management System ("TMS") implementation, administration and/or global support;
  • Experience on FIS Quantum as a system specialist or a similar Treasury support experience is highly desirable and valuable;
  • Experience in report writing tools (Crystal, Business Object XI) and in relational databases (SQL server, Oracle) and scripting language (e.g. HTML, XML, SQL, batch files) is valuable;
  • Mandatory fluency in English (written and oral);
  • Excellent communicator using virtual tools, detailed knowledge of MS Office programs and treasury systems knowledge of PowerBI and API is desirable;
  • Motivation to working with TMS and to taking ownership of the Quantum implementation and lifecycle;
  • Ability and motivation for teamwork and managing outsourcing teams;
  • High ability to adapt to changing situations in a very dynamic working environment;
