    • Experience in automotive business of not less than 10 years, including leading roles, preferably in distribution and retail operations (sales and after sales)
    • Be able to adapt to new cultures and to work under pressure
    • Be result oriented, proactive, and organized
    • Strong motivation, communication, and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
    • MS Office and information systemsResponsibilities:
    • Manage the distribution business of a new brand, overseeing the full scope of operations and reporting directly to the Executive Board Member of SC Auto SGPS in charge of this area
    • Ensure direct communication with the brand, including sales targets definition and global performance monitorization
    • Define the brand communication and PR strategy to successfully achieve sales target and enhance brand image
    • Implement a new dealer network and define distribution processes according to brand guidelines and business growth needs
    • Define business plan for board approval and implement actions for budget execution and improvement of operations profitability and efficiency
    • Define and implement a full customer journey and promote the establishment of a customer-centric organization
    • Ensure the management and development of the human resources of the brand/company focused on current and future demands as well as promotes the policies and target execution to the employees of the brand/company#J-18808-Ljbffr
