As a Solution Architect for IT Mobility Services Management, you will be part of the global IT mobility service management (MSM) area, which mainly comprises travel management, fleet management, international business travel risk and green travel.


In your new role you will:


  • Coordinate the digital roadmap for the related area together with business counterpart.
-
Align with stakeholders on the future system landscape and integration capabilities for the related area.
-
Derive from the specific business requirements particular innovation ideas, demands, and projects to support the digital roadmap and the scoping, scheduling and execution of projects.

  • Maintain a
    strong network with solution and implementation partners as well as noncompetition companies.
  • Actively
    participate and present Infineon at external events as speaker and scout for innovative solutions in the market.

Act as service manager for the related area , ensuring adequate service and continuous improvement with our external services providers to our customers.

Be an expert in an international team of IT business consultants, solution designers and solution engineers.

Coach and support the cross regional team and keep team up to date in regard to innovations and new trends.

  • Ensure
    quality standards in documentation of technical solutions .
Your excellent analytical skills and hands-on mentality enable your innovative ideas and solutions. You are a strong communicator, willing to travel and able to grow sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your solution-oriented thinking makes you aware of the big picture even in complex situations.

You have a structured and self-driven working style since you are able to work independently and structure your own work.

Furthermore, living up to high quality standards, you always focus on the business and customers' needs, in order to achieve top results.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in
    Business Administration/Economics, IT , or similar field of studies.
  • At least
    5 years of experience in Mobility or Travel Management .
  • Good
    experience and network within affected IT software market knowledge of
    SAP / SAP Concur is mandatory.
  • Experience in
    project management .

Fluency in English .
