- Collaborate with product management to define new features and customer journeys for the platform
- Prioritize development tasks to efficiently plan and execute feature implementations and quality assurance processes
- Ensure timely resolution of bugs and technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and databases
- Develop and maintain the interface for both the payroll manager back office and executive/employee front office applications
- Enhance the platform by implementing new features and functionalities based on business requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a C#, .Net Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core , C#, Entity Framework, Elsa workflows, jQuery, Microsoft SQL Server and Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or having a work permit for Portugal
- Salary based on your skills and experience and according to the Data market practices.
