What You Will Be Doing

Develop and maintain the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with objectives, budget, prioritization, risk identification, mitigation actions, and scheduling, in coordination with the existing project portfolio management.
Ensure formal project requirement specification based on gathered specifications or previously prepared business cases.
Create detailed project plans including tasks, dependencies, and schedules.
Identify, procure, and manage resource availability and allocation for the project.
Validate developed solutions against business requirements.
Develop test plans.
Monitor project delivery, implementation, and support continuity operational and/or evolutionary followup.
Ensure standardization of project management practices through formalization and updating of policies, methodologies, and tools.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Management Information Systems or similar.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
Fluent in English.
Project Management training or certification (PMP-PMI).
Reference training or certification in Agile and/or SCRUM.
Experience using Jira Software and Confluence (Atlassian products) (preferred).
Experience in projects in the Financial Insurance/Banking area (preferred).
Project Management or development experience in some of the technologies (preferred): Outsystems, Oracle (PL/SQL, Forms, etc.), UiPath, Edoclink, Databases (SQL, Oracle)
