    We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation.

    It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing t

    *The project: _You will be providing services for a technology company that provides mobility services, vehicle and scooter rentals, car sharing, and food delivery services. Globally, it has 100 million customers, and over 3 million drivers._

    You will be reviewing content of a graphic nature, and enforcing policy decisions related to content, handling sensitive and complex issues faced by users to protect the platform and keep them safe.

    * *Fast and easy recruitment process** *The training will be fully paid**Your Responsibilities:
    • Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
    • Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client;
    • Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role;
    • Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proofs of their complains, from drivers and customers.
    *To succeed in this role, you will need:
    • Fluency in Croatian language (must be at least C1)
    • Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
    * *You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    *What you will gain: * *Base salary without accommodation: 1295€
    * *Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040€ - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon** *You will also receive payment for completing the training**Benefits and employment
    • The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
    • Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
    *IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD:
    • Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
    • Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
    • Fully paid Accommodation in the city;
    • Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration
