    Context

    To support our delivery efforts, we are looking for an Application Delivery Analyst to configure internally developed applications and build out specific business solutions for our clients. The position is to be filled by mid-May 2024, and it is divided into two distinct roles:

  • Warehouse Management Systems – Application Delivery Analyst
  • The Business Analyst role will support Foundever European fulfillment services based in Scotland. The facility provides a wide range of fulfillment options to our clients, including order shipment, kitting/assembly & returns management services. The portfolio of clients is diverse ranging from large multi-national companies down to small business start-ups.

  • SonarQube Administrator
  • The SonarQube Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our SonarQube instance to ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of our software codebase. The scope of work will focus on EMEA developed applications.

    Job Summary

  • Support for the legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Support the Project to transition from the legacy system to a new WMS.
  • General Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users as needed.
  • System Configuration: Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to configure and customize WMS and associated software applications to meet business requirements and operational needs.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): For any software developments (internal or supplier) produce test plans and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and technology upgrades to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and documentation to educate warehouse staff on the use of new systems, processes, and functionalities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project status, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions.
  • Expectations

    Required skills

  • Fluent level in spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of fulfillment operations.
  • IT experience including: Basic SQL skills for writing report/queries, awareness of software development and development lifecycle, general awareness of WMS systems and associated functions, and production of functional design documents.
  • Whilst the position does not require strong IT knowledge, good communication skills along with logical & structured thinking are expected.
  • Nice to have

  • 2 to 3 years of WMS experience. Internal training will be provided on each topic.
  • Degree level qualification.
