Senior
Accountant to join our
Shared Services Center Accounting Team, with colleagues in Sweden, Geneva, Madrid, Paris and Lisbon.

The role will report to the SSC Accounting Manager and will be
based in Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in the leading provider of professionally monitored alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe & LatAm and to get exposure to a wide variety of Accounting topics as well as team building activities.

On the back of the extraordinary growth, we have enjoyed in the past years,
we aim to centralise parts of our Accounting team and further develop the Accounting function.

The Senior Accountant will be a key member of the team and play a critical role to achieve this objective.

Responsibilities will include, among others:

Cost analysis
Accruals and Reconciliations
Fixed assets
HFM, Navision and Oracle reports
Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders
Review and assure proper classification of cost center and accounts on Journal Entries
Weekly and Monthend closing procedures including Reconciliation report
Assist manager and peers on the daily activities
Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement duties as required
Collaboration with local finance specialists to accounting, tax, annual reports etc. to ensure adherence to local legislation

Experience and Qualifications:

Leadership and Accounting knowledge with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.

Experienced professional with approx. 10yrs trackrecord within Accounting in an international environment
Education degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business with deep understanding of Accounting and financial concepts
Strong interest for Accounting
Good level of written and spoken English (mandatory as all work will be in English)
